My Thanksgiving Thoughts – and You’re In Them
Somehow, with all the goofiness, confusion, and downright evil in the world today, it’s more important than ever for me to reflect on all the good people that surround me every day. It’s uplifting.
If you’re one of our customers, we absolutely appreciate you. With all the articles I post about building a business, I don’t want anyone to ever think it’s all about the “next” customer. No one is more important than the ones we already have. You’ve trusted us, and hopefully we’ve come through for you to reward that trust. If not, we’d appreciate hearing about it, so we can improve.
If you’re not a customer yet, we value you, too. That’s because you are the ones that help us set our crossbar ever higher. We need to convince you to give us a try, and knowing that keeps us on our toes. And that’s better for everyone.
If you’re one of our business partners, we couldn’t do what we do if you weren’t so good at what you do. We’re proud to offer our customers your quality printing or outstanding promotional items, and your amazing ability and willingness to jump though hoops to get something delivered on an impossible deadline. We sure do notice. Our relationship with you matters a lot, and we hope you feel the same way.
If you are one of our employees here at Superior Business Solutions, I hope you already know how important you are, but I’m happy to say it again: you rock. And that’s not just in how you do your job, but also in being the kind of people I want to spend my days working with.
And lastly, I’d like to thank all of our families. This job can require long hours, odd hours, and sometimes pretty inconvenient hours. Your support and understanding make it easier for us to do it with enthusiasm, and it shows.
Thanksgiving Day may be the day I write about how much I appreciate all of you. But it’s not the only day I do. That’s every day.
